U.S. Shipping

Winterfiber only ships to the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) using UPS (United Parcel Services). All items are shipped from our office in Brooklyn, New York.

 

PO Boxes

We do not ship to PO Boxes by UPS (United Parcel Services). Please note that only USPS United States Postal Service) ships to PO Boxes.

 

Taxes

Sales tax (8.875%) will be applied if your shipping address is in the state of New York.

 

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If your purchase is not what you were expecting, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund for the price of the product. Returned products must be in new condition (unworn and unwashed) and include all original packaging and tags.

 

Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the merchandise back to us.

 

A refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Please note that this also applies to items received as gifts. If you return a gift, the purchaser will receive a refund in the original form of payment they used to make the purchase.

 

 

Returns Instructions

  • Please complete the Return Form included in your package and mail it back with your return.

  • Pack the item carefully so it will not be damaged during the shipping process. If you don’t have the original shipping box please use another small box or a padded envelope.
  • We recommend getting a tracking number or insurance for your return. Alpaca Boutique is not responsible for items lost during shipping.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the return transit time, plus an additional 5-7 business days upon receipt, for the return to be completed and the refund to be issued to your account.
  • You will receive a return confirmation email once your return is processed.

 

 

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please email us at customerservice@winterfiber.com. We will confirm that we have your requested item in stock and send it to you as soon as we receive the item you are returning. We will send you the exchange item at no extra charge but please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the product back to us.

 

Please note that we are unable to process any exchanges for a higher priced item. We can exchange items for a different size or color. If you wish to purchase a completely different item, we suggest you place a new order and return the original merchandise for a full refund of the product price.
